Scheduling Handout

Paving Work:

·       We schedule jobs two (2) days at a time due to weather. So we will give you a call 2 days prior to wanting to come out to do the work.

·       Any paving work is typically a 2 day process.  So one day we will call to let you know what day we are planning on coming to do the prep work.  Then about a week later we come back to do the paving on the driveway.  We try to do a 2 day notice on that as well, but sometimes it may only be a 1 day notice.

·       Once the driveway is paved there will have to be no vehicle traffic on the new asphalt for 5-7 days, maybe longer in hot temperatures.  The prep work can be driven on.

·       Work may be delayed due to rain or other weather.  If it is raining or too wet on the day your driveway is scheduled, we do call to reschedule with you.

·       Garage doors need to be open for paving to allow for a smoother pave around the garage.

·       Please refer to the New Driveway Handbook that you will receive when we pave the driveway for other important information on your new driveway.

Sealcoat Work:

·       We schedule jobs two (2) days at a time due to weather.  We will give you a call 2 days prior to wanting to come out to do the work.

·       Sealcoat is very weather dependent.  A lot of times if it rains overnight before the sealcoat is scheduled we may have to call to reschedule the driveway.  When the driveway is wet the sealer will not stick to the driveway.  Rain on the sealer is ok as long as it has some time to dry.

·       Sprinklers will have to be shut off from 2 days prior to sealcoating and 2 day after the sealcoat.

·       Vehicle traffic will have to be off the new sealer for 36-48 hours.
